Telegraph - This is the crunch week for the Lisbon treaty. The Government’s attempt to duck its promise of a referendum - by claiming that the treaty is fundamentally different from the EU constitution rejected in 2005 - faces its final challenges. On Monday, the High Court starts hearing a judicial review of that decision, brought by businessman Stuart Wheeler.
