Europeans feel the pinch of higher prices
International Herald Tribune - Inflation in the euro zone, with 13 countries, is likely to reach an annual rate of 3 percent in November because of escalating prices for basic goods like food and energy. That level is well above the European Central Bank’s target of 2 percent, although the bank has said it expects inflation to subside early next year.
